How it works:
- After you complete your purchase, a questionnaire will be sent to the email you use at checkout. Please ensure to fill it out ASAP to get your documents + to be added to the IG group chat!
- Each week, you will receive your workouts for the week by email (on the Sunday night). The workouts are yours to keep + reuse forever!
- You will receive 4 items:
- 1. The questionnaire; followed by:
- 2. Your workouts for the week (sent each week)
- 3. Fit-friendly recipe book
