This challenge includes:

  • weekly workout plan (4 weeks / home based) focused on snatching your waist, growing the booty + tightening + toning full body

How it works:

  • After you complete your purchase, a questionnaire will be sent to the email you use at checkout. Please ensure to fill it out ASAP to get your documents + ankle weights sent to you + to be added to the IG group chat!
  • Each week, you will receive your workouts for the week by email (on the Sunday night). The workouts are yours to keep + reuse forever!
  • You will receive 4 items:
    • 1. The questionnaire; followed by:
    • 2. Your workouts for the week (sent each week)
    • 3. Fit-friendly recipe book
    • 4. FREE pair of Fit by Bella Ankle Weights
